Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Mod Matrix are digital goods, including but not limited to:

• Software keys
• Mod access keys
• Digital downloads
• Membership access

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

Mod Matrix operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Not liking the product
• Compatibility issues with your system
• Lack of understanding of how the product works
• Violating game terms or receiving bans
• Incorrect purchases made by the user

3. Invalid or Non-Working Keys

A refund or replacement may be provided only if the purchased key is proven to be invalid or non-functional.

To request assistance, you must:

1. Contact Mod Matrix support within 48 hours of purchase
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Provide evidence that the key does not work

If the issue is verified, Mod Matrix may provide either a replacement key or a refund at our discretion.

4. Fraudulent Claims

Mod Matrix reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of:

• Key usage before the refund request
• Attempted abuse of the refund system
• Fraudulent claims
